Your collective agreement covers the terms and conditions of employment for close to 1,600 Canpar employees across Canada who work as drivers and warehouse employees at over 38 terminals/hubs across Canada.
Because Canpar is involved in the interprovincial transportation sector, your collective agreement is administered under federal labour legislation - the Canada Labour Code.
Canpar employees have been members of the USW since the merger of the Transportation Communication Union (TCU) with the USW in 1999.
