The purpose of this questionnaire is to help the Union better understand the operational and financial challenges currently facing Owner Operators and to assess whether exceptional circumstances exist that may warrant further discussion. We encourage you to provide complete and accurate information, together with supporting documentation where applicable.
Please note that only situations involving genuine and significant financial hardship, supported by objective evidence and appropriate documentation, will be reviewed and addressed. This process is intended solely to assess legitimate financial difficulties and is not an additional round of collective bargaining or negotiations.
Upon review of your responses, the Union may request additional supporting documents to validate the information provided. The completed questionnaire and all supporting documentation must be submitted before August 12, 2026 to info@1976usw.ca.
