Jeffrey Howell is a 3rd generation employee at Canadian Pacific Railway, having started working a Transportation Service Representative in 2004 at the Winnipeg Network Service Centre. He first became active in Unit 49 when he came the Recording Secretary in 2016, and a few months later became Chief Steward for CP. Jeffrey has been serving as Unit chair since 2021 and was appointed to the Board of Trustees in 2020.
