Jeffrey Howell

Jeffrey Howell is a third-generation employee at Canadian Pacific Railway, having begun his career as a Transportation Service Representative in 2004 at the Winnipeg Network Service Centre. He started his journey when he became the Recording Secretary of Unit 49 in 2016. Just a few months later, he became Chief Steward for CPKC - a position in which he still serves. Jeffrey also served as Unit Chair from 2021 to 2024 and was appointed to the Board of Trustees in 2020. In 2023, he was appointed to Chair Board of Trustees and was subsequently elected to the position in 2024.
